Directions from Chorlton to Manchester Hypnotherapy

To get to Didsbury from Chorlton is very easy – you are driving straight on just one road, not taking any turnings until Palatine Road, when you are almost at Manchester Hypnotherapy.

Starting out from the crossroads in the centre of Chorlton (where Barlow Moor Road (A5145) meets Wilbraham Road (A6010), travel on (heading south east) Barlow Moor Road for about 2.5 miles.

You need to go STRAIGHT ON through all of the junctions and traffic lights mentioned in this paragraph – You will go through a number of traffic lights, including a crossroads where Sandy Lane (on your left) and High Lane (on your right) both in Chorlton, meet Barlow Moor Road, and then later where Barlow Moor Road meets Hardy Road (on your right) and Mauldeth Road West (on your left). You will also cross a huge junction at Princess Parkway (where the M56 starts, on your right). Princess Parkway is about a mile and a half from the centre of Chorlton.

You need to go straight through all of these lights and junctions – just keep on Barlow Moor Road until you get to the junction with Princess Parkway, where you’ll go straight on.

About three quarters of a mile after the junction with Princess Parkway you will see a large white modern looking bar on your left hand side – Alberts. There is also a large pub, The Woodstock, on the right hand side of the road. The pub is set back a bit from the road.

There are then a few more blocks of residential houses to your left, and then a row of shops (on the left hand side only of Barlow Moor Road – there are no shops on the other side). The last shop, on the corner by the traffic lights, is a dental surgery (Didsbury Dental Practice) – turn left here down Palatine Road, travel for about 200 yards and then turn right at the red brick church with a blue sign (The Korean Church). You are now on Parkfield Road South. Manchester Hypnotherapy is at number 29, at the junction with Pine Road.

If you miss the left hand turning for Palatine Road, then don’t worry – you can also take the first left (Linden Road) or second left (Elm Road) after the lights at the junction with Palatine Road. At the bottom of these roads turn left onto Parkfield Road South to get to Manchester Hypnotherapy, which will then be on your right.

Parkfield Road South crosses Pine Road after about 200 metres. Manchester Hypnotherapy is on the corner of Pine Road and Parkfield Road South, to the right. Click onto a photo of the house ishere

TURN LEFT onto Wilmslow Road and then take the second left (be careful not to turn into the Aldi car park by mistake!) which is Parkfield Road South. You’ll find Manchester Hypnotherapy about 150 metres down, on the first right hand corner you come to.
